August Awesomeness!

What a fantastic time of the year! I am in the midst of  a whole bunch of fantasy sports, all vying for my attention! At the present moment, this is what is going down:

• AFL Supercoach has wrapped up for the season.
• NRL Supercoach is almost over, and I have made the Grand Final of my main H2H competition, The Tackle Happy League! This means I am at least guaranteed the $150 Runners Up prize, and still in the running for the $700 Champions prize!
• Fantasy EPL has just started this month, and I am starting to get into the full swing of trying to defend my championship! After three rounds, I am 1-2 in La Liga Mas Valiosa, so a slow start, but I am hoping to turn things around as I get a feel for the season.
• NFL season is just about to start, and I am joining The Purple Jesus Cup tipping competition again, and am about to embark into my first attempt at Fantasy NFL, in the Tackle Happy Fantasy NFL League!

Happy days! I just have to focus on my NRL Supercoach for this weekend, in the hope that I can bring in the big bucks!

Fantasy Premier League H2H Defending Champion!

The Fantasy Premier League is back for another year, and this season, I am the H2H Defending Champion! The season just started this weekend past, and while I started with a loss in the first H2H match up, I am confident that I can bounce back and have a serious tilt at going back to back. My first week score was a very solid 80, Unfortunately I was up against a fortuitous score of 91, unlucky!

La Liga Mas Valiosa is the H2H competition of choice, which I totally dominated last season. I am guessing I got a bit lucky last year, but lets see if I can go better this time around, and claim some of that sweet, sweet cash again! The prize breakdown looks something like this:

H2H League:

• 1st – $250
• 2nd – $150
• 3rd – $100
• 4th – $75

Cup Competition:

• 1st – $150
• 2nd – $75

Other:

• Top Gameweek – $100
• Top Score Overall – $100

But its not just about the money, it’s also about the glory and bragging rights! Now to see if my research has paid off!
